I always struggled to balance the Agile development method with the need to project business outcomes with accuracy. We have different tools that each hold different data for time, people and deliverables. Why can't they share data?
Clarity is a SaaS tool that allows you to investigate done work and better plan future tasks. It's a way to see what's going well and what's going wrong in your teams and your projects by combining data from your project management, billing and planning tools. You can see how previous sprints performed according to metrics like hours-per-point and it automatically updates team strength based on actual team capacity.
Retro boards and sprint review notes can be added to any sprint and all labels and tags are fetched and sorted according to occurrence, giving you an at-a-glance view of the health of the sprint.
Given that staff might switch project or take time off, planned delivery doesn't always work out in the way that was planned. When capacity planning changes, data isn't shared with other tools, including Product Backlogs.
Clarity gives Concern Worldwide staff an effective way to make better project delivery predictions. Additionally, it aggregates data from all project management and time-keeping tools allowing for greater insight into what happened and why during a particular sprint in one convenient UI.
I am much more comfortable and confident in our project timelines when using Clarity. It is the "magic glue" that ensures our key tools are working as well as they can.
